Do I have to be a big traveler?
No. It helps to have felt the problem — the trip that died in a group chat — but we'd rather have someone brilliant at the craft than someone with a stamp collection.
Where can I work from?
Anywhere within about four hours of CET, so we share a working afternoon. Move mid-year if you like — just tell us, because it changes how you get paid.
Do you hire juniors, or people without a degree?
Juniors yes, on the roles that don't say senior. Degrees we've never once checked. Show us something you made and it counts for more than either.
What's the trial day actually like?
A real ticket from our roadmap, scoped to about a day, done whenever suits you. We pay your day rate for it, and you keep the work whether or not we go ahead.
